Theft of Scooter - Sunset Terrace, Ilkley LS29

Dear Resident,

At 10.45pm on 22/09/2025, three male suspects were disturbed stealing a blue 23 plate Jaijue scooter from an address on Sunset Terrace, Ilkley. The victim was alerted by a loud noise outside the address and looked out to see the scooter being pushed away from the address in the direction of the Texaco garage. 

The loud noise was believed to have been the suspects snapping the steering lock on the scooter. The steering lock on a motorcycle is relatively easy for offenders to break and should not be relied on as the only means of security.
